Terms and conditions are usually written to be skipped. We tried to write ones worth reading — short sections, plain language, nothing copied from somewhere else.
Written to be read, not just posted. A few jurisdiction- and business-specific details are still coming — marked below rather than guessed at.
The basics
These terms cover using this site and buying from Panda Sports Memorabilia (“Panda,” “we,” “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them. If something here doesn't sit right with you, email us before you order — we'd rather sort it out than have you feel stuck with it.

Who we are
Panda is a family-run shop selling authenticated sports memorabilia — signed jerseys, balls, game-used gear and photography. We buy every item ourselves and resell it; nothing here is sold at auction or on consignment. We also donate 10% of proceeds from every sale to cancer research. Buying from us
Listings
We describe every item as accurately as we can, including what documentation — if any — it carries. A listing's photographs are of the actual piece, not a stock image, unless it says otherwise.
Prices
Prices are shown in currency — coming soon and don't include a buyer's premium or auction fee — the listed price is what you pay, plus shipping and any sales tax that applies where you're ordering from. There's no bidding: every item is sold at a fixed price. If we catch a pricing error before your order ships, we'll contact you rather than silently honour or cancel it.
Payment
Accepted payment methods: Coming soon. We don't store your card details ourselves — that runs through whichever payment processor we use, under their own security terms.
One-of-a-kind items
Most of what we sell is a single physical piece, not stock we can reorder. Very occasionally, two orders can land for the same item before our system catches up — if that happens to you, we'll refund it in full and tell you why, rather than substitute something you didn't ask for.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is you asking to buy something, not a guarantee we can fill it. We'll confirm by email once it's accepted; until then, either of us can cancel it.
Shipping & returns
Shipping costs, timelines and international availability are covered on our FAQ, and returns and the authenticity guarantee are covered in full on our Refund Policy. Rather than duplicate either here, those pages are the current word on both — check them before you order.
Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier, except where our Refund Policy says otherwise: a lost or damaged parcel is still our problem to sort out with the carrier, not yours.
Using this site
Use it to browse and, once it's live, to buy something. Don't scrape it, don't try to break it, don't place fraudulent orders, and don't use anything on it — copy, photographs, the panda mark — without asking us first.
What's ours
The site's design, text, photography, and the Panda Sports Memorabilia name and logo belong to us, or to whoever we've licensed them from. Nothing here gives you a right to reuse them.
Links to other sites
A few links on this site lead elsewhere — our social profiles, or a family member's own business. We're not responsible for what those sites say or do; they're not part of Panda.
Signing up for emails
Giving us your email to hear about new arrivals means we'll email you about that, and nothing else, until you unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with it in the meantime.
Liability & disclaimers
We describe every item honestly and stand behind our authenticity guarantee without exception — that promise isn't limited by anything below. Outside of it, we don't make claims about an item beyond what its own listing says.
To the extent the law allows it, our responsibility for any other claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed opportunity, a gift arriving late, that kind of thing — though we'll still try to make a bad situation right.
Nothing here limits any right you have under law that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
Coming soon — which state or country's law governs these terms, and where a dispute would be handled, added once we've settled the business's legal home.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms as the shop changes — same rule as our other policies: we'd rather tell you here than let it go unsaid. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
