No refunds, returns or exchanges, for any reason. Here's exactly what that means before you buy.

Every purchase is final once it's paid — we don't offer refunds, replacements or exchanges, whether that's a change of mind, damage in shipping, or a piece that somehow turns out not to be authentic. Review the listing, the photos and the price carefully, and ask us anything before you buy, because there's no undoing it after.
This doesn't change whatever rights you have to dispute a charge directly with your card issuer — that's between you and them, not something we can override.
Why we check before we list
Because there's no refund on the other side of a sale, we check every piece ourselves — condition, documentation, the works — before it ever goes up. See our FAQ for exactly how that works.
Questions before you buy
Email support@pandasportsmemorabilia.com with anything you want confirmed about a piece — more photos, a closer look at the documentation, whatever you need. Once it's purchased, that's the sale.
